We have exciting news! We now have classes at The Herne Centre!

Our Centre classes are suitable for anyone and everyone. We have the following classes on offer:

Mondays:
9:15am – LOW IMPACT BUMS, LEGS & TUMS (14+)
A workout for beginners designed to strengthen and tone, zooming in on those problem areas using a variety of equipment.
10:15am – PILATES FOR ALL (14+)
A mat work class that helps to enhance your physical strength, flexibility and coordination as well as reduce stress, improve mental focus and bring an improved sense of wellbeing.

Wednesdays:
9:15am – YOGA FOR ALL (14+)
Through simple movement and postures, this class focuses on boosting physical and mental wellbeing and promoting an increase in strength, flexibility and balance.
10.15am – PARACISE™
Entry level Exercise to Music class with no floor work. Iconic music and simple routines that focus on posture, balance and improving muscle memory. Ideal for all ages and abilities.

Fridays

Members can book as usual. Non-members are charged at £5.30 per class at the desk on arrival. If you want to save money, you can pre-book and pay for your classes at reduced rates through our smartphone app. Please register for a booking account at www.activelifeltd.co.uk/register

Please note that for payment on the day, the centre is a cashless facility. Card payments only.
