We have exciting news! We have classes starting at The Herne Centre on Monday 18th June!
Our Centre classes are suitable for anyone and everyone. We have the following classes on offer:
Mondays and Fridays:
9:15am – FITNESS FOR ALL (14+)
A simple to follow and effective workout designed to condition the entire body and improve general fitness areas using equipment and bodyweight exercises.
10:15am – PILATES FOR ALL (14+)
A mat work class that helps to enhance your physical strength, flexibility and coordination as well as reduce stress, improve mental focus and bring an improved sense of wellbeing.
9:15am & 10:15am – YOGA FOR ALL (14+)
Through simple movement and postures, this class focuses on boosting physical and mental wellbeing and promoting an increase in strength, flexibility and balance.

Members can book as usual. Non-members are charged at £5.00 per class at the desk on arrival. If you want to save money, you can pre-book and pay for your classes at reduced rates through our smartphone app. Please register for a booking account at www.activelifeltd.co.uk/register

Please note that for payment on the day, the centre is a cashless facility. Card payments only.
