Swimming and gentle exercise in the pool is a great way to stay fit and healthy and we offer a wide range of pool based water fitness classes to suit everyone including;
Get away from work for half an hour, swim some lanes and you’ll be set up for the rest of the day. Alternatively, for early risers lane swimming is available early in the morning and a great way to start the day.
A gentle, water based workout aimed at increasing strength, endurance and mobility and is ideal for those who are less fit, non-exercisers or elderly. There are two levels available and an induction must be undertaken before enrolment.
Excellent for full body conditioning. Taken in the shallow end of the pool, this class is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike – All levels welcome
It’s a step class in water! Very low impact and a real workout for all fitness levels. Suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike
Suspended in deep water by buoyancy belts this is something completely different, great fun and an excellent work out
