Join our Board of Trustees …..

Are you passionate about the health and quality of life in your community?

Would you like to influence the direction of sport and leisure in your area?

With a number of exciting plans, projects and developments underway, Active Life Ltd is seeking

enthusiastic volunteers to join its Board of Trustees (these positions are voluntary unpaid). You do not need to have been a Trustee elsewhere, but you should have passion, commitment and an aptitude for networking and original thinking. We are particularly keen to welcome new trustees with the following experience and personal qualities:

· A passion for and commitment to the organisation’s vision and objectives

· The capacity to turn strategic vision into reality through practical application of ideas and knowledge

· Original thinking combined with a focus on growing the organisation

· Experienced and strong advocates with the desire and means to network and influence through appropriate channels to further the organisation’s aims.

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and areas of specialism.

Trustees need to be enthusiastic team players and have a genuine interest in the communities which we serve and a desire and commitment to be part of its development. Board meetings are held approximately 6 times per year locally, and we ask that full commitment is given to these meetings. In addition, a trustee may be requested to support other activities where relevant.
