Swimming Pool
Two pools are available – a 25 metre leisure pool and a smaller training pool which is ideal for beginner swimming lessons, Mums and Toddlers Sessions and families with younger children.
We have a wide variety of different pool activities at set times throughout the week including lunchtime and early morning lane swimming, plenty of public swimming and at weekends, half terms and holidays, regular Fun Time Sessions. Click here to view Timetable
Water Fitness
Swimming and general exercise in the pool is a great way to get in shape and improve mobility and stamina and we offer a range of classes to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels including Aqua Life, Deep Aqua and Aqua. Click HERE for times and availability.
Children’s Fun Time
Children and toddlers are well catered for at Active Life Pools with a range of fun time sessions, our inflatable islands, rafts and rings and special events and parties. Children’s birthday parties are also available where you can enjoy exclusive use of the pool. Holiday sessions 3-4.30pm Monday to Friday
Swimming Lessons
Having your child professionally taught to swim is a potential life saver and an important part of growing up. We offer a range of swimming courses and lessons for all ages and abilities and offer a special Swim Membership that allows parents to spread the cost of their child’s swim lessons and casual swimming over a year or more. Children’s Parties
Let us take the stress and hassle out of your next children’s birthday party or any other occasion and give your child and their friends an action packed party they will remember for a long time.
