All our ‘Get Active’ Instructors are fully qualified and highly experienced in working with newcomers to the world of health and fitness. In addition, some have received speciality training which allows them to work more effectively with key groups.
We believe that getting fit and feeling great should be fun, interesting and effective so you’ll find our instructors friendly, approachable and above all understanding. Getting involved in our programme is so rewarding; you’ll get out of the house, meet lots of like minded people and have some fun. Best of all you will start feeling fitter, gain more confidence and be healthier.
