What you can do!

There are plenty of ways to keep in shape without visiting the gym.

  • Why not leave the car at home when you go to work, walk the children to school or go on a family bike ride. You can pack up a picnic and walk along the Saxon Shore Way
  • You may even like to take a train ride to the next town and walk along the coast or country tracks back to your home.
  • Make the most of visiting the seaside by having a swim or beach combing.
