What we can do!
If you would prefer to keep fit through sports or activities such as the gym, swimming or aerobics - then we have number of different activities for you to choose from.
We have three gymnasiums with equipment such as X-Trainers, Treadmills, Steppers, Tomahawk Bikes and Rowers etc.
Our centres operate over 200 fitness classes each week including Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Jam and Body Combat as well as traditional aerobics and step classes.
Our three pools offer public swimming, aqua classes, organised times for ladies and adults as well as fun sessions for the children.
Our sports centres are available to hire for activities such as Football, Basketball, Badminton, Squash and Table Tennis.
