Exercise Referral

As the name suggests, this programme is for people who have been referred to us by their GP or another health professional. It has been established for over twelve years and in this time has proved to be highly effective at achieving high levels of success for everyone it has helped over the years

We pride ourselves on providing a professional service delivered by highly qualified and experienced professionals. The programme is constantly evolving and aims to deliver a range of activities equally suitable for the first time exerciser or those that are returning after a long break.

The key to its effectiveness is that everyone we work with receives personal attention and a programme that is tailor made to meet their specific needs and abilities. This starts with a detailed and thorough initial consultation where we undertake a basic health check and take time to find out about you and your goals. We’ll then discuss and agree an activity and monitoring programme and when we’re all happy you can make a start.

An Exercise Referral Membership costs just £28 for a six-month period which covers the personal consultation, gym induction, one-to-one reviews and continued support. It also entitles you to heavily discounted use of the gym and pools all the time you are on the programme.
