Activity Timetables
The Pier Sports Centre has a wide range of facilities to suit all ages, interests and abilities. It has one of the biggest and best roller skating rink in the country which when not used for skating provides the space for a whole range of hall activities including 5-a-side, netball, basket ball, roller hockey, badminton and short mat bowls
In addition, it has two squash courts, two gyms, dance and fitness studios, crèche and activity/meeting room. In autumn 2011, as part of the redevelopment of the Pier, the Sports Centre and all its facilities will be transferred to the newly extended Herons Pool and Leisure Complex and the new Sports Hall at Herne Bay High School – until then, it’s business as usual at the Pier.
